It is obtained from the grapes having the same name, cultivated in the Puglia region. Sangiovese is the second main grape used in the popular red wine in Italy and it is typical Italian style wine. This thin skinned grape yield wines with bright aromas and flower of cinnamon, red plum and blackberry. The color is dark ruby red. It can be perfectly accompany thick soups, meat sauces, roasted meat, chicken and turkey breasts and spicy cheese.
